MOVING FORWARD WITH YOUR DATE AS SCHEDULED

 

In the event there is not a local quarantine or that venues do not cancel, Laura Ink is committed to moving forward with all weddings as originally planned.  Of course, we are paying close attention to the news and staying in contact with all our couples and event partners, as necessary.  We are also complying with all health and safety standards.

 

Please understand that due to potential guest-number restrictions or personal health concerns, a second photographer may not be available to contribute; if this service is not able to be provided, the cost difference will be deducted from the final amount due, or if paid in advance, will be refunded.  Despite alterations of guest count, the final amount due does not change with this detail; the only time cost will be considered for readjustment is dependent on a change of hour requirements and/or location(s).  No alternate contract will need to be signed.

MOVING FORWARD WITH YOUR DATE AS SCHEDULED WITH AN ADDITIONAL SOFT-HOLD DATE IN 2021 OR 2022

 

Most of you are already in the works for coming up with your plan B, while keeping your fingers crossed that all will be well with your current date by the time it arrives.  However, please understand that holding a date also costs Laura Ink given that other work must be turned away to maintain a soft hold commitment.  Regardless of the year of your requested soft-hold date, it is a $500 nonrefundable charge.  This additional cost cannot be added towards your final balance should you not use your soft-hold date since the chances of work having already been turned away due to the soft-hold request is incredibly high.  If you are planning a soft-hold date during an off-peak time (November-December 2021, January-April 2022, November-December 2022), there is a bit more flexibility so please reach out directly to discuss your circumstances.
