If federal or state directives arise that would prohibit any of our weddings from taking place altogether, Laura Ink is committed to working with our couples to reschedule to new mutually agreeable dates.  We are asking our clients to keep us promptly and efficiently up to date for rescheduling and work with us so we can efficiently move details, contracts, and monies paid to a new date.  It is extremely important our couples stay in upfront communication!  New wedding dates are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

A live calendar of 2021 is available to view online ( to help aid and ease the efforts of finding a date that all your vendors have available should you need to move your date.  Please understand that this calendar is updated consistently as changes occur and are the most accurate reflection of availability for 2021.  Should Laura Ink not have your new date available for 2021, all cancellation rules from your current contract apply.

Please understand that due to potential guest-number restrictions or personal health concerns, a second photographer may not be available to contribute; if this service is not able to be provided, the cost difference will be deducted from the final amount due, or if paid in advance, will be refunded.  Despite alterations of guest count, the final amount due does not change with this detail; the only time cost will be considered for readjustment is dependent on a change of hour requirements and/or location(s).  No alternate contract will need to be signed.
